Back in early February, Erik and Jessica Elston traveled to Valdosta Georgia to buy a Camaro project car. The new addition to their family is a 1978 LT Sport Coupe. The body is in great shape, but the engine is only a measly 305. That just won't cut for Erik and Jessica, so plans are under way to replace the weak 305 with a stout SBC 383, with four bolt mains, AFR heads, a turbo 400 trans, plus new rear gears, wheels and tires, and a new exhaust system so all that big horsepower can breath.
The only question left is who will get to drive this one? It seems whenever we see Erik and Jessica out and about, it Jessica behind the wheel of the orange beast.
